Thomas Randall promoted to Company Secretary of ASIC U.S.

AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC), an excess and surplus (E&S) insurance firm and an accredited reinsurer, has promoted Thomas Randall to Company Secretary of AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC U.S.).

In his new role, Randall will oversee corporate governance, regulatory filings, and administrative oversight, ensuring alignment with the group’s operational and compliance objectives.

In 2023, he joined the firm as a Junior Attorney, and most recently, served as the Associate Counsel, supporting the group’s legal and governance functions across multiple business entities.

According to the firm, his legal acumen, attention to detail, and strong understanding of corporate governance have been key assets to the organisation since joining.
