KKR and Quadrantis Capital acquire minority stakes in Peak Re

(peak re) KKR (United States) and Quadrantis Capital (Portugal), two investment funds, have signed definitive agreements to acquire minority stakes in Hong Kong-based reinsurer Peak Re.Upon closing the transaction, KKR and Quadrantis Capital will hold 11.27% and 1.8% of Peak Re’s share capital, respectively.
