AXA Assurance Maroc finalise la cession d’AXA Crédit à Stellantis

(AXA) AXA Assurance Maroc has completed the sale of an 80% stake in its consumer credit subsidiary, AXA Crédit. The buyer is Fidis, a company fully owned by the multinational automotive group Stellantis. AXA Assurance Maroc will retain a 20% stake in AXA Crédit.The deal also includes a partnership agreement between the two groups.
