Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc., an international specialty insurance firm, has appointed reinsurance industry veteran Michael G. Bungert to its Board of Directors, and as a member of its Compensation and Governance Committee, effective September 3rd, 2025.Bungert was most recently the Chairman of Aon Re Global, retiring from the position in 2024 after 11 years of service.Prior to that, he was Chief
