AXA launches its annual employee share offering

(AXA France) AXA has launched its annual capital increase reserved for group employees in France and abroad. Called "Shareplan 2025", the program is open to more than 110 000 employees across 40 countries.The transaction involves the issuance of 58 951 965 shares for a total amount of 135 million EUR (158.5 million USD).
