Chedid Re appoints Claude Kassab as Head of Asia-Pacific

Chedid Re, an independent reinsurance broker and part of Chedid Capital, has announced the appointment of Claude Kassab as Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC).

In this role, he will be responsible for managing both facultative and treaty operations across the region.

Kassab brings over 25 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, having worked in leadership positions in both the Middle East and London markets.

He has developed extensive expertise in structuring reinsurance solutions and building cross-border relationships, which will support Chedid Re’s expansion in Asia-Pacific.

Chedid Re provides reinsurance broking and advisory services to insurers and reinsurers worldwide, with a presence in key markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
