Sompo appoints Andy Zoller as SVP, Head of Multinational, NA

Sompo, a global provider of property, casualty, and specialty re/insurance, has announced the appointment of Andy Zoller as Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Multinational, North America.

Based in Dallas, Zoller will be responsible for the strategic oversight of Sompo’s Multinational Business Unit across the U.S. and Canada.

He brings over two decades of leadership experience in multinational underwriting and risk management.

Zoller joins Sompo after more than 15 years at Zurich North America, where he most recently served as U.S. Head of Multinational and Senior Vice President, U.S. Commercial Insurance.

In this role, he oversaw Zurich’s U.S. multinational offerings, managing a portfolio of clients ranging from $5 million to $1 billion in revenue. He also designed and implemented strategies to surpass financial and operational targets.

Earlier in his career, Zoller held positions at American Heritage Insurance Agency and Chubb.
