AXA XL promotes Ed Totten to Head of Construction Casualty

AXA XL, the property and casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division of global insurer AXA, has announced the promotion of Ed Totten to Head of Construction Casualty, consolidating Primary and Excess Casualty lines under his leadership.

AXA XLTotten brings over two decades of experience in construction and casualty insurance to the role.

He has served as Senior Vice President and Profit Center Head for Excess Construction at AXA XL since 2010, where he built the excess casualty team from the ground up.

Prior to joining AXA XL, Totten held construction leadership roles at Zurich and AIG.
