Zurich Canada unveils organisational enhancements to support customers and brokers
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Canadian Branch) has announced a series of organisational enhancements with new units and leadership appointments to further support customers and broker partners.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, these organisational enhancements aim to more closely align Zurich Canada’s teams with its key customer segments: National, Middle Market, SME, and Retail. The restructure intends to streamline how customers and brokers do business with Zurich, as well as deliver tailored services to meet specific needs.
Zurich Canada has announced that its National Accounts unit will be led by Dane Hambrook. It will include National General Property, National Liability (including Environmental & Auto), a newly consolidated National Energy/Construction/Marine unit, Surety, and Financial Lines.
Alternative Risk Solutions will be led by Marco Royer, overseeing Programs, MGAs, and ART/Captives.
Donna Mulligan will continue to lead the Middle Market unit, focusing on industry verticals including Manufacturing, Retail, Professional Services, Real Estate, Wholesale, Technology, and Construction.
Retail will encompass A&H, Travel, and Retail Partnerships (Auto & Home). The Head of Retail will report to Paul Jackson, Head of Customer & Market Management and Retail.
