Aon names Richard Tan as Chief Commercial Officer, Singapore

Global reinsurance and insurance broker Aon has expanded Richard Tan’s role to Chief Commercial Officer, Singapore.

In the role, Tan will lead growth across Commercial Risk, Health, and Talent Solutions, while continuing to elevate Aon’s client experience with consistency and impact.

Tan has served at Aon for over six years, most recently as the Head of Growth & DAU, Singapore since 2022. Before this he was Head of Sales for over three years, also based in Singapore.

Prior to Aon, he served at Tan Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd for seven years as a Managing Director.

Earlier in his career, Tan was the Vice President of HSBC and Branch Manager of OCBC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
