Zurich Insurance names Jim Qin as CEO for Life and General Insurance in Hong Kong

Zurich Insurance, an insurer with a significant presence in Hong Kong, has named Jim Qin as CEO for its Life and General Insurance businesses in the region.

zurich-logoIn this expanded role, Qin will oversee both divisions, guiding Zurich’s growth and innovation in Hong Kong’s insurance market.

Qin joined Zurich in 2019 as Chief Underwriting Officer for the Asia-Pacific region.

He later served as CEO of General Insurance in Hong Kong, where he helped enhance Zurich’s market position and lead digital transformation efforts.

With over 20 years of experience, Jim has held senior leadership and board positions across various Asian markets.
