Mark Shaw named Division President of Chubb Workplace Benefits

Global insurer Chubb has announced the appointment of Mark Shaw as Division President of Chubb Workplace Benefits (CWB).

ChubbCWB offers a portfolio of streamlined solutions tailored for mid-to-large-sized businesses and the brokers who serve them. Its products are underwritten and administered by Combined Insurance, a Chubb company.

In his new role, Shaw will oversee the growth and operations of the business to further strengthen CWB’s position as a market leader in the voluntary benefits industry. He will report to Rich Williams, President of Combined Insurance.

Shaw brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience. He joined Chubb in 2022 as Regional Vice President for the Northeast region and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales.

Prior to joining Chubb, he spent nearly 30 years at Unum in various senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Market Manager.
