Sarah Maune joins Gallagher Re Life Solutions team as VP

Reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the addition of Sarah Maune to its Life Solutions team as Vice President (VP).

Maune brings over 16 years of life re/insurance experience to her new role.

She is joining Gallagher Re following a decade with life and health reinsurer RGA, where she was part of the company’s Global Financial Solutions team.

During her tenure at RGA, the executive led a number initiatives in global reinsurance treaty management, asset-liability management, and actuarial modeling.

She joined the company as an Associate Actuary in 2016, and was then appointed Executive Director and Actuary. After close to two years in that role, Maune was promoted to Vice President, ALM Risk Manager before becoming VP, Treaties, Global Financial Solutions, her most recent role.

Prior to RGA, she was an Actuarial Analyst at broking group WTW. She is also both a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
