Aon names Jennifer Richards as CEO of Asia Pacific
Global insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has appointed Jennifer Richards as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asia Pacific (APAC), effective March 1st, 2025, based in Singapore, reporting to Lori Goltermann, CEO of Regions.
The appointment sees Richard join the Aon Executive Committee, and she will also move to Singapore in the coming months.
She succeeds Anne Corona, recently appointed CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer.
In the role, Richards will work alongside the Asia Pacific Executive Committee to enhance the firm’s capabilities across the region, create distinctive value for clients, deliver growth and strong financial performance, and execute Aon’s 3×3 Plan.
Richards joined Aon in Australia 13 years ago, where she supported Australian, regional and global clients. Most recently, she served as Head of Australia demonstrating a successful track record, fostering key client relationships and embedding the firm’s 3×3 Plan to accelerate growth and capabilities across all solution lines.
Before Aon, Richards held several senior management roles at insurer AIG in its Financial Institutions and M&A businesses in North America.
