Dineika named Head of Technology Consulting UK&I at WTW
Global insurance brokerage WTW has appointed Algirdas Dineika as the Head of Technology Consulting UK&I for WTW Insurance Consulting and Technology.
In his new role, his past experience will play a key role in creating customer success and business value through the delivery of technology solutions created by insurers for insurers, as the lead of the UK&I technology consulting team.
Dineika has been working in the insurance technology and consulting segment for nearly 18 years, focusing on large-scale technology and digital transformations across the UK and EMEIA.
His work has helped insurers innovate, implement comprehensive digital strategies, execute technology-driven business transformations, and ultimately become more agile in managing change.
Dineika has previously worked extensively with core PAS systems, and broader insurance enterprise technologies while building and expanding consulting and technology delivery capabilities to execute large-scale programmes successfully.
He has a deep background in systems implementation and engineering and has consistently delivered exceptional results, including the successful implementation of digital and core insurance platforms (such as Guidewire, fadata, EIS, TIA, and others) for leading UK and European insurers and brokers.
He has spent over 13 years at EY, most recently as the Director for EMEIA Consulting and Insurance technology. His other roles include serving as a Senior Manager for EMEIA Financial Services, Technology Enabled Business Transformations Center of Excellence.
Dineika started as an executive at EY in 2011, eventually moving up to the role of Manager for EMEIA Financial Services.
His experience includes serving as a Senior Insurance and IT Advisory consultant at IBM Global Business Services, Senior Insurance Solutions Consultant at Genworth and over three years at Affecto Lietuva in various roles of increasing responsibilities.
