
Kate Nolan joins Devonshire Underwriting as Tax Associate

Devonshire Underwriting, a managing general agent (MGA) specialising in underwriting transactional risk solutions, has announced the appointment of Kate Nolan as Associate – Tax, effective immediately.
In her new role, Nolan will work alongside Devonshire Founding Partner Natasha Attray, whose core focus is on Devonshire’s Tax Insurance offering.
Additionally, her role will include underwriting Tax Insurance risks and assisting on the tax aspects of our Warranty & Indemnity Insurance risks.

An experienced Tax Solicitor, Nolan is joining Devonshire from Matheson LLP, where she advised on all aspects of corporate taxation, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings and related tax issues.
