SRG appoints Jaya Taylor as Global Head of Group Regulatory Affairs, Risk and Compliance

Specialist Risk Group (SRG), a specialist insurance intermediary, majority-owned by Warburg Pincus and Temasek, announces the appointment of Jaya Taylor as global leader for Group Regulatory Affairs, Risk, and Compliance reporting to CEO, Warren Downey.

A seasoned governance and compliance expert, Taylor joins the SRG team from her role as Global Compliance Officer at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty SE.

She is a qualified lawyer with wide ranging multi-jurisdictional insurance and management experience relevant to SRG’s growth plans.

Downey added: “We are delighted to have attracted someone of Jaya’s calibre, professional expertise and experience.

“As we embark on our international expansion, having senior executives responsible for key functions with deep and relevant cross-border experience will be key.”

Taylor joins SRG after completing her contractual commitments with her current employer.
