CMS appoints Hannah Cane as Partner within its Insurance and Reinsurance Group

International law firm CMS has hired Hannah Cane as a partner within its Insurance and Reinsurance Group (IRG) in London, further strengthening the firm’s insurance and reinsurance capabilities.

handshakeShe joins an established team of IRG Construction specialists, which includes: Martin Fox, Monica Lesny, Harriet Munro, Cheryl Gibson and Scarlett West.

Overall, Cane brings over two decades of experience towards her new role.

She is a professional indemnity and dispute resolution lawyer. She specialises in the defence of high value and complex claims against construction and property professionals, including architects, engineers, interior designers, surveyors, valuers and planners, as well as policy disputes too.

In addition, Cane is a recognised lawyer in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 acting for London Market Insurers and UK contractors.
