WTW appoints Karen Grote as Division LOB Leader for NA Life Practice

Global insurance brokerage WTW has appointed Karen Grote as Division Line of Business Leader for the North America Life Practice within Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT).

In her new role, Grote will drive growth and enhance client value across WTW’s Life Practice, working alongside Mary Bahna-Nolan, who also serves as DLL.

Additionally, she will be responsible for delivering innovative, client-centred solutions that address the evolving needs of life insurance clients across North America.

Grote officially assumed her role on October 14th, 2024, while Bahna-Nolan began on October 1st. Both leaders are members of the Americas Leadership Team and report to Kim Steiner Head of NA Life Practice, ICT, WTW.

Grote returns to WTW with nearly two decades of life insurance industry experience, bringing deep expertise in financial modelling, product development, and team leadership.

Grote previously held leadership roles at WTW, including oversight of the Philadelphia and New York offices, where she was instrumental in developing high-performing teams and advancing key client initiatives.
