
WTW broadens Financial Institutions team capabilities with three new hires

WTW has announced the appointment of three new hires within the Financial Institutions and Professional Services industry division, which is part of Corporate Risk and Broking, North America (CRB NA), Heather Mann, Larry Trombino, and Jeanette Younger.
With the addition of these new executives, who bring deep expertise within broker-dealers and independent financial advisors, WTW aims to significantly broaden the team’s capabilities and further leverage the enhanced technology platform for this business.
Joining WTW from Aon, Mann will be based in Miami, Florida. She brings a unique Financial Institutions expertise focused on developing creative risk finance and insurance solutions for broker-dealers and life insurance agents.
She spent 23 years at Aon, most recently serving as an Executive Vice President having joined the company in 2000 as Senior Vice President.
Based in New York, Trombino is also joining WTW from Aon, where he worked for the last 16 years and most recently served as a Senior Vice President in the financial institutions space.
An attorney by training, Trombino was a team leader and primary claim advocate for company-sponsored insurance agents and specialised Broker-Dealer Errors & Omissions (E&O) programs.
Joining WTW from Aon, where she spent the previous eight years, Younger will be based in San Francisco. She brings to her new role more than 21 years of experience serving the professional liability needs of financial institutions and a strong understanding of the industry and client’s specialised needs.
At Aon, she most recently served as a Vice President, where she focused on developing E&O insurance programs for large financial institutions and their insurance agents, registered representatives, and investment advisors.
