
TIH names Chris Grady EVP and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development

US insurance brokerage TIH has appointed Chris Grady as Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development, effective June 17.
An experienced executive in the insurance industry with a strong track record in strategic planning, corporate development and M&A, Grady has been tasked with leading TIH’s strategic planning, merger and acquisition activities, and all other corporate development initiatives.
He will also work closely with TIH businesses to identify acquisition opportunities, assess their strategic fit, and execute against the company’s overall growth objectives.
Additionally, as TIH continues to drive innovation and growth, Grady will oversee the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Prior to joining TIH, Grady served as managing director for investment banking firm Piper Sandler’s Insurance Banking practice.
Before that, he spent almost nine years with insurance broker Marsh & McLennan Agency, where he served as Head of Corporate Development / M&A. Grady began his career in corporate finance advisory at Ernst & Young in New York.
