Arthur J. Gallagher acquires two Florida-based insurance agencies
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, has recently acquired two Florida-based companies: Specialty Risk Management Services, LLC, and Private Client Insurance Services, LLC, both located in Fort Myers.
Specialty Risk Management Services specialises in managing property insurance programs for businesses across Florida.
Private Client Insurance Services focuses on serving condominium associations, businesses, and individuals with a range of insurance solutions.
Patrick Gallagher, Chairman and CEO of Gallagher, expresses his excitement about these acquisitions, highlighting, “Specialty Risk Management Services and Private Client Insurance Services have a culture similar to ours and will deepen our service offerings in a key market.”
Elaine Hawkins, President of both acquired firms, along with Wes Brewer, Vice President at Private Client Insurance Services, and their respective teams, will continue operating from their current location. They will work under the leadership of Bumpy Triche, who oversees Gallagher’s Southeast retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
