ReSource Pro appoints Ernie Feirer as new SVP of carrier practice
ReSource Pro, a provider of business process solutions for the insurance industry, has appointed Ernie Feirer to the position of Senior Vice President (SVP), Carrier Practice. In this role, he will lead a team of expert insurance professionals dedicated to facilitating operations and technology transformation for the insurance carrier market.
Feirer’s appointment strengthens ReSource Pro’s already robust team of senior executives specialising in the carrier space.
Feirer emphasises, “Industry veterans with decades of experience are retiring. As they do, it puts tremendous strain on large, mutual, and mid-sized insurance carriers that are actively transforming their operations while making decisions about new technologies like GenAI and predictive intelligence – these decisions require industry experience and knowledge to ensure efficient utilisation and adoption,”
Feirer expresses confidence that ReSource Pro is well-equipped to navigate these challenges and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Feirer brings over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry to his new role. Prior to joining ReSource Pro, he served as Vice President and Head of US Business at Planck.
Additionally, he has 37 years of experience from his tenure at two of the largest data and analytics providers in the insurance industry: LexisNexis and Verisk.
