Recent storms in California have caused heavy flooding in the state resulting in significant economic losses, many of which may not be insured, warned David Blades, associate director, industry research and analytics at AM Best.He stated: “After long periods of drought in California over the past couple decades, the state now has seen its second-straight year of destructive flooding with mudslides
