Tom Keist to lead Commercial activities for SRS’ MGU Altitude

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the independent insurance company manager, has hired experienced industry leader Tom Keist as SRS Altitude’s Chief Commercial Officer effective April 1, 2024.

SRS Altitude is a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) under the SRS umbrella, aimed to expand the company’s Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) offering.

SRS launched the entity in November 2023. 

SRS has confirmed, that in his new role, Keist will lead Altitude’s business development globally, driving key strategic initiatives to grow the business across all types of non-standard solutions.

Formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Keist has more than 25 years of global leadership and execution experience within property & casualty (P&C) re/insurance across sales, underwriting and alternative risk transfer.

Throughout his career, he has served in a number of leadership roles at Converium and Zurich.
