Hymans Robertson adds Nadeem Ladha to its Risk Transfer team

Hymans Robertson, a pensions and financial services consultancy, has appointed Nadeem Ladha to its Risk Transfer team as a Senior Advisor.
Ladha has been appointed on a short-term contract, where he will focus on risk transfer projects involving special situations.
Before joining the team, Ladha served as a senior Professional Independent Trustee at a professional trustee firm, where he heavily specialised in leading pension schemes through risk transfer transactions.
Ladha had previously worked at Hymans between 2005 to 2011. In 2011, he joined PwC, where he served as a Strategic Pensions Actuary for over seven years.
James Mullins, Partner and Head of Risk Transfer Solutions at Hymans Robertson, commented: “We are excited to welcome Nadeem back to Hymans Robertson. His professional trustee experience, strategic insight and innovative approach will bring a huge amount of value to our risk transfer clients.
“As we continue to grow, we are seeing more pension schemes who want to tailor their risk transfer projects to meet their specific needs and objectives, rather than just make do with an off-the-shelf buy-in. Nadeem’s specific skills and trustee experiences will be extremely valuable in continuing to deliver proactive, strategic and tailored advice to our clients.”
Ladha, commented on his new role: “I am thrilled to be back at Hymans Robertson. The calibre, culture and people were hugely attractive to me. It’s an exciting time in the risk transfer market, which is continuously in flux and full of innovative solutions.
“I am really looking forward to working with the team on a number of risk transfer projects and helping to deliver great outcomes for our clients.”
