Since establishing its Toronto office in July of last year, the global firm has extended its reach coast to coast, offering innovative solutions to clients and brokers throughout Canada.

Kyle Gray, as Vice President and Underwriter for Cyber, leverages his 14 years of underwriting expertise, including leadership roles in a Canadian cyber MGA startup and successful portfolios at CNA Canada and Trisura.

Ricardo Philip, in his role as Vice President and Underwriter for Environmental Liability, boasts an impressive 25-year career in environmental insurance, marked by deep insights into loss control, underwriting, and portfolio management, cultivated at esteemed firms such as AIG, ACE INA Insurance (now Chubb), and Markel Canada.

Finally, Charlie Zilvytis, the Vice President and Underwriter for Transactional Liability, specialises in navigating complex M&A transaction risks, drawing upon his corporate law background as an associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, reinforced by a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
