Corebridge Financial appoints new Head of Investor & Rating Agency Relations

American multinational financial services company, Corebridge Financial, has announced the appointment of Isil Muderrisoglu as the Head of Investor and Rating Agency Relations, effective immediately.

Muderrisoglu will report to Elias Habayeb, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Corebridge Financial.

Habayeb commented on the hire: “Corebridge has made significant progress against the strategic initiatives and financial goals established at the time of the IPO.

“With Isil’s broad financial experience and deep industry expertise, we look forward to expanding our external stakeholder engagement, including equity and fixed-income investors, and rating agencies.”

Prior to this, Muderrisoglu served as the Head of Investor Relations for Equitable Holdings, Inc.

At Equitable, she has held several roles across Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance, including CFO for the Individual Retirement business.

Corebridge Financial confirms that Josh Smith will remain part of the Investor Relations team, and report to Muderrisoglu.
